Our Regular Office Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

*We are closed from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

Appointments

All minors seeking consultation should be accompanied by an adult. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative during consultations.

If you have questions or wish to schedule a consultation with Dr. Kayastha, please contact our office during regular business hours and we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.

Please be aware that Dr. Kayastha is a surgeon who may get called to the hospital for emergencies. If we are running late, we will do our best to inform you ahead of time. Likewise, we hope you will notify us promptly if you are running late or need to reschedule an appointment.
