Case Description

50 year old female presented after bariatric surgery and massive weight loss. She was unhappy with excess/loose skin.

During her consultation, Dr. Kayastha noted that she had significant loose skin extending all the way around her midsection and above her belly button. She decided to have a circumferential vertical abdominoplasty. 

These early post operative pictures demonstrate significant improvement in the the contour of her midsection. She is still very early on in the healing process and her incisions are healing well.
