Description: This 28-year-old female wanted to increase the size of her breasts and improve their shape. She wanted to be fuller but not obviously augmented. Careful bio-dimensional planning was used to choose the appropriate implant size to help her achieve her goals. She had 355cc moderate plus smooth round silicone implants placed bilaterally, Here she is 8 weeks postoperatively. She has a beautiful improvement in size and shape and is very pleased with her results.
