There are many reasons which could cause a man or woman to be dissatisfied with the appearance of their arms. Dramatic weight loss is one of the most common causes people seek out Brachioplasty, or Arm Lift surgery. Often after a dramatic weight loss, one is left with excess, hanging skin which can only be removed though Arm Lift surgery. Other people may struggle with losing excess fat on their underarms and find that diet and exercise alone is not able to give them the tone they desire. In this case arm liposuction coupled with a Brachioplasty procedure may be the best way to achieve the results you seek.
To be considered a good candidate for Brachioplasty, you should be in good health and have maintained a healthy, stable weight for past several months. It is also important to have realistic expectations. Brachioplasty will not give you the arms of a supermodel, but it will give you an improved version of your own.
