What is a Male Breast Reduction?

Male breast development, also known as gynecomastia, is a condition that affects many men. Gynecomastia surgery to reduce male breast development is a very popular procedure. The result is a better contoured, more masculine chest.

Male breast reduction is a procedure which removes fat and glandular tissue from the chest which results in a tighter, flatter chest. Surgery involves removing the glandular tissue through an incision partially around the nipple. Liposuction may be used in conjunction with excision to contour the surrounding fatty tissue to achieve an ideal result.
